Pelli Publishes Sixth Book on Hebrew Enlightenment

Professor Moshe Pelli, former director of the UCF Judaic Studies, and Abe and Tess Wise Endowed Professor of Judaic Studies, has just published his new book by the Hebrew University’s Magnes Press in Jerusalem. The book is titled Kochvei Yitzhak, The Journal of the Haskalah in the Austro-Hungarian Empire (1845–1873). Pelli Elected President of the National Association of Professors of Hebrew

Moshe Pelli was elected President of the National Association of Professors of Hebrew in the U.S.A. The association, known by its acronym NAPH, is the professional organization of professors and instructors in colleges, universities and seminaries who specialize in Hebrew language, literature and culture of the ancient, medieval and modern periods, as well as professors of Judaic Studies in the US.
